We have a 30-day return policy, meaning h. You have 30 days after receiving the goods to return them.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without us first requesting a return will not be accepted.

damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, e.g. B. perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom-made items (e.g. special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you already have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cancellation period
If the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As described above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
refund
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If this is the case, the refund will be automatically transferred to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
